Insurance policies are designed to protect the things that matter most to us…. Our home, our cars, our income, and most importantly, our family.  We hope we will never need to use it but when we do, we want it to work the way we thought it would.  That’s what we paid for, right?  

We take the time to understand your individual needs, present and explain solutions in language you understand, and be your advocate if or when the time comes. 

Let’s face it…..we all think of insurance as something we HAVE to have but we don’t really like dealing with it.  It’s just an expense with no reward, right?  We aren’t necessarily going to change your mind about this; however, our goal is to take the time to get to know you, provide and explain the solutions required to protect your assets from potential risks.

I’ve been in the industry for 10 years, helping individuals and families with their insurance needs, from businesses to home, auto, life, disability and long term care.  Insurance needs are not static….what you needed today will change over time.  Building a relationship with each and every client is the key to ensuring that the right insurance is in place for every situation that comes your way.

Homeowners Insurance

NEW HOME PURCHASE

  • If you are buying your first home, you’ve got “deer in headlights” syndrome.  Big numbers, tons of documents to sign, inspection reports, etc…. And oh, by the way, you need to get insurance, and you didn’t realize this is not as simple as it once was.  Are you in a wildfire area?  Is it 4x what you thought it might be?  Can you even find a policy?  

NON-RENEWAL

  • If you have had insurance with the same carrier for 10, 20 even 40 years, never filed a claim, and suddenly get a letter informing you that you are getting non-renewed and you need to find a new policy somewhere else and you have 60 days to do it.  

BIG RATE INCREASES FROM LAST YEAR

  • Or, did you get sticker shock when you received the renewal notice in the mail, realizing that your insurance for the next year as doubled?

SELLING YOUR HOME
